A church at Bogdanatika, above Gaios, a little under two hundred metres from Agia Paraskevi.
We are recording it under the name the open map data gives it, the Panagia, because we have not been able to confirm a fuller name on the ground.
There is a good chance that this is the chapel of the Panagia of Koutroubalis, which we have been looking for. The old records say that the Koutroubalis family, of the Vellianites, bought an icon of the Virgin from the Bona family, and that around 1890 Koutroubalis built a small chapel joined to his own house to hold it. On the fourteenth of August the icon was carried in procession to Agia Paraskevi — which stands exactly that short walk away.
We cannot confirm the identification, and the building as it stands today does not read as a chapel attached to a house. If you know this church, or remember the procession of the fourteenth of August, we would be very glad to hear from you.
