Planos beach is behind the lighthouse of Lakka. A beach quite different from the rest. Here you ll find wild beauty with cliffs and pebbles around. We encourage you to explore the area to the right of the beach. The beach is easily accessible by road.

The first lighthouse of Cape Lakka was originally lit in 1825. It operated with olive oil and with a mirror machine with fixed parabolic mirrors.
